Into the water
Our hydrotherapy consists of a half-hour swimming session, or a session in the underwater treadmill. The water is continuously pumped around and filtered with non-chlorine substances, so that your pet’s coat does not dry out while swimming in complete safety in clean water.
The water in our pool is sterilized in the same way that surgical equipment is sterilized. The water temperature is 29-30°C, which promotes blood circulation. Your dog will always go into the water with our physiotherapist, who will guide him to use his muscles optimally.
The underwater treadmill is a more targeted therapy, which is ideal for local joint problems such as a cruciate ligament rupture.
In addition to the therapeutic effects of hydrotherapy, it is also a perfect way to get your puppy used to water or to give your dog swimming fun in the winter too!
